The Provincial Treasury School of Excellence (PTSE) is an online learning platform designed to provide online training to Western Cape Government employees.

The PTSE will enable Provincial Treasury to provide cost effective training to various stakeholders.

Officials interested in attending our Financial System Training courses (BAS, LOGIS, PERSAL) must follow the nomination process to be enrolled.
